Christopher Backer

Chris Backer brings over five years of experience from the legal industry relating to real estate and land use law, and has transferred those skills towards Residential Sales. Chris’ background in contracts and disclosures gives him a unique perspective when handling transactions and protecting the interests of his clients.

Chris was always the first point of contact for his attorney’s clients and is known for his personable nature and overly enthusiastic attitude. Becoming a Realtor was a natural progression and has enabled him to couple his previous work experience in real estate with his current passion of finding his clients their dream home.

Chris views his job not only as a seller of real estate, but also as an educator about real estate. He finds that having an honest and open dialogue creates for a better overall experience, as well as a more successful transaction. From initial contact to close, Chris’ ultimate goal in sales is about building long lasting and trust-filled relationships throughout the community.

Chris is a proud Bay Area native who attended college at U.C. Davis. His other interests include hiking, snowboarding, fly-fishing and golf. While he is a fan of all Bay Area sports teams, the San Francisco Giants are far and away his favorite.
