My background as a Law Clerk for a U.S. District Court Judge in Chicago (ND, Ill) and a founding partner in a boutique law practice affords me the skills to handle complex negotiations with confidence and precision.
As an empathetic person, I achieve more success in life and business as a go-giver than a go-getter, and I have found that all parties to real estate transactions benefit from that approach. I maintain cordial, professional relationships with other brokers, lawyers, lenders, and title companies. When I'm not working, I fundraise for no-kill animal shelters and have two rescue dogs living their best lives. I also volunteer for a non-profit hospice agency where I help caregivers and patients, primarily those with dementia and Alzheimer's, and spend my spare time on call at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private homes where I sit vigil with patients who are actively dying, particularly those who do not have friends or family nearby. I believe no one should die alone, whether they are homeless or living in a beachfront luxury home.
