Chris is meticulous. I intended to separate a portion of the property into several lots. Though it sounds simple, it is not. Several discussions with local officials were required for that. It was necessary to survey the property. Chris makes every step comfortable for me. Throughout, he maintained control over the project. The fact that one batch has sold is evidence of the pudding. To anyone buying or selling properties, I recommend Chris.

Chris Broz and his team (we worked very closely with Karen Gustafson) have been amazing. Highly recommended for any real estate transaction, buying, selling, investment properties, property management etc.

They are very professional, courteous, caring, and experienced.
Not one time they have pushed us, tried convincing or persuaded. It was always about what our family needs, and what the potential house(s) had or didn't have, and what the value of the property is in terms of location, school district, house plan etc, along with their professional honest opinions.

Talk about honesty, there were homes we toured where Chris was honest about a particular house may not be meeting our needs, or sharing his thoughts about how the house is overprice per market with legit reasons, even thought they were on the high end of our price point.

They sponsor several events during the year for their past clients and families to re-connect everyone, and shows a great deal of gratitude and effort from Chris and his team. In my experience, for Chris and his team, it is not about one time financial transaction, but it is about a life long friendship and relationship, where Chris pays attention to details to ensure our needs are met, and we build trust so we go to Chris for any real estate related questions.

I do not recall Chris mentioning directly to us to refer him and market him as a marketing pitch, but our great experience with him and his services, it is obvious that we will refer him to anyone we know is looking to buy or sell houses, or real estate related projects.

Me and my entire family thank you again for all the hard work behind the scenes, and looking forward to work with you more in the future.

I had the great good fortune to work with Chris Broz and Karen Gustafson in selling my home and purchasing a new home. Chris and Karen made it so easy. They listened to what I said and what I did not say and helped me narrow down my search so that I found the perfect place for me to live.
Chris knows more about housing construction than anyone I know. He has such a wealth and depth of knowledge about materials, grading of the land around a home, and so many other details that make such a huge difference in buying a home that is going to be problem free after all the paperwork is signed.
Karen held my hand through getting my house ready to sell and went with me to look at so many places (we were able to tell in seconds if a place would work) until we found the perfect place.
