Chris Colachis aspires to help his clients build wealth through real estate acquisition. With over 20 million in past projects under his management, Chris leverages his extensive industry experience to educate his clients in the myriad ways real estate can work for them. After earning a degree in English from the University of San Francisco, Chris began his career in Real Estate, starting from the bottom by working as the auctioneer at the county foreclosure auctions. Determined to break into the Real Estate industry he was then hired as a buyer and home appraiser for a national corporation buying distressed real estate. From there he moved up the ladder to become a project manager where he worked flipping property. In two years he managed over 70 home flips, working on as many as 14 homes at a time. After learning the real estate industry and adding some real estate investments to his portfolio, Chris developed a passion for transforming distressed real estate for his own private business. He then decided to complement his activities as a landlord, investor, and project manager by becoming a real estate agent. Chris has access to a broad network of contractors, vendors, and architects, as well as an in-depth understanding of local government regulations, new construction, remodels, and accessory dwelling unit construction. He loves guiding his clients through the process of real estate investment. Having traveled the world surfing and hunting, Chris effortlessly connects with people of diverse backgrounds. He deeply values honesty and integrity and applies those principles to not only his personal projects but also to his customer relationships. Chris is bilingual in English and Spanish and works with his customers and contractors in both languages. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, he strives to help his clients maximize every property’s value and potential. Chris loves being a part of the St Pete Community. He leads an active lifestyle and is diligent in all of his pursuits. When he’s not working, Chris can be found practicing archery in his backyard!
