I joined the team in 2008 and have over 30 years of specialized appraisal experience in the luxury and exceptional home market. I have appraised and seen more of these homes than almost anyone in the Scottsdale/Paradise Valley area so I am very comfortable working in this environment. I have transacted close to 100 million in sales over this time. I have also renovated and built luxury homes, so I can pick up details that could effect values in homes others would miss.. I hold the SRS designation for sellers representation and am a member of the Appraisal Institute and holding the SRA designation since 1990.
