About Christopher

Christopher’s interest in real estate began in New York in 2004 when he began purchasing and self-managing multiple residential rental properties.

He spent a decade on an HOA board of directors as both Vice President and the Head of Architectural Review Committee of a residential community of 34 owner-occupied condominiums, responsible for overseeing budgets, enforcing bylaws and handling all construction-related planning.

In 2007 he opened the first of two restaurants and represented his businesses as a tenant/client in multiple commercial lease transactions. Being very detail-oriented, Christopher was hands-on with every aspect of the two restaurants as the sole manager of both. Recently, the sale of his businesses provided the flexibility to relocate his family to the beautiful Charlotte area and return to real estate full time.
