Christopher Culihan

A lifelong resident of the Capital District Christopher attended Shaker High School, Hudson Valley Community College and earned his Bachelor of Arts in History from The University at Albany. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate for over 11 years and have spent his entire career at Coldwell Banker Prime Properties.

His goal is to always work to be a helpful source to those entering the real estate market, whether it is someone looking to buy or sell a property. It does not matter if one is looking to purchase an investment property or find the home of their dreams it is all about finding out their particular goals and managing their expectations along the way.

As an active member of Greater Capital Association of Realtors, a member of the Board of Directors and serve on the Young Professionals Network Christopher has the opportunity to give back to the professional community with whom he work.

He is an avid fundraiser and promoter; involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Catholic Charities as well as participating with the Toys for Tots annual holiday drive. Christopher also serve on the Board of Governors at Wolferts Roost Country Club.

Sports are a great outlet for him, whether on the links hitting the balls, on the hockey rink a pickup basketball game or just sitting home unwinding in front of a great football game.

When not at work or doing volunteer work, the highlight of his day and probably the reason that gives all of this meaning is the ability to spend time with his wife Samantha and daughter Charlotte.
