Chris DiPalo is a Realtor®, Vice President of Operations, and co-owner of Florida Tropics Realty, bringing a diverse background in real estate, customer service, sales, and leadership to both his clients and agents. A licensed real estate professional for 19 years, Chris combines extensive industry knowledge with a strong commitment to providing a personal, service-driven real estate experience. He specializes in home selling, home buying, vacant land, and new construction properties.
Before expanding his career in real estate, Chris spent 10 years in the insurance industry specializing in customer service and new-member acquisition, developing the communication, relationship-building, and sales skills that continue to serve his real estate clients today. His additional 15 years of retail management experience—including hiring, team training, employee development, and operations—has shaped his hands-on approach to leadership at Florida Tropics Realty.
Today, Chris uses that experience not only to help buyers and sellers successfully navigate their real estate transactions, but also to recruit, train, and develop agents. His focus is on creating strong client relationships, building successful real estate professionals, and helping Florida Tropics Realty deliver the responsive, personalized service of a locally owned and operated brokerage.
