After nearly 20 years in real estate, Chris has learned a lot about what works and what doesn’t. He uses my experience to help colleagues do their best and seize every opportunity to get better.
This is an industry that’s always changing. Chris believes strongly in helping talented sales associates take advantage of all their sources, technology and techniques now available, so they can help their clients and achieve the greatest possible success. He also promotes a positive work environment, where everyone is coached in practical techniques to grow their business, no matter what level they’ve reached.
Chris spent the first decade of his career in the Outer Banks of North Carolina selling high-end vacation properties. Then he moved to the Annapolis area, where he worked to establish a successful sales career, and that’s where he transitioned to leadership. Chris joined Long & Foster in 2014 as a director of business development in Annapolis. His current role as Managing Broker of Long & Foster Bethesda, LFC at Bethesda and Takoma Park began in late 2017.
