I work with buyers and sellers across Bedford County and beyond, from $75,000 fixer-uppers to million-dollar luxury log, timber frame, and traditional homes. My goal is simple: to make sure every client is fully informed and every property is marketed to its full potential.
For buyers, especially if your are coming from out of town, I go the extra mile before you ever step foot on a property. I talk with the listing agent, review disclosures and deeds, study GIS tax maps and Google Earth images, and sometimes even call neighbors to get the “real” inside scoop. Whether you’re traveling 10 miles or 500, I make sure you have everything you need to make a confident decision.
For sellers, I’m a savvy marketer who knows how to put the spotlight on a property’s best attributes. Over time, I’ve successfully used billboards, radio, newspapers, direct mail, and Google Ads — and now I’m bringing that same skillset to social media. My growing presence on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube allows me to showcase listings with creative virtual tours that not only highlight the home, but also the lifestyle, the community, and the local vibe.
Background: University of Pennsylvania, Class of 1989 — varsity football (starting inside linebacker) and Sigma Chi fraternity. My time at Penn instilled discipline, teamwork, and persistence that still shape my career today." After college, I wore many entrepreneurial hats — running an investment partnership, angel investing, and fixing and flipping condos in Naples, Florida.
Today, I dedicate that same drive, discipline, and creativity to my career as a Realtor with Howard Hanna Bardell Realty.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me managing my Black Angus cattle farm, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, or hiking. I'm invested in Bedford County not only as a land owner in East St. Clair Township but also as a member of The Sunshine Rotary and the Bedford Lions Club.
