Chris is a great guy! He is extremely in touch with the local real estate market in Nashville, even though he is from
California! Who would’ve thought!

When searching for potential new homes in the Nashville area, I once inquired about a specific property, and without even hesitating, he knew the lot, the value of the home, and had a relationship with the owners. Talk about networking skills!

He also is very fit and has a great beard. Looks kind of like Dustin Johnson if you asked me.

Chris was absolutely wonderful! We were selling our investment property but we’re out of state so we needed someone local to be our eyes/ears. Chris came highly recommend from our management company. So we hired him as our listing agent. He took care of all the details such as finding painters, landscapers and handyman’s do prepare the home in hopes to get top dollar.
