My name is Chris Green, I am one of the true Atlanta area natives, I have 23 years full-time experience and have been awarded, 2013 Platinum Agent and Lifetime Multi-Million Dollar Club Member.

I started my Real Estate career in 2001 with Coldwell Banker and was named “Rookie of the Year”. I have seen many changes in the area and in my chosen profession, I consider myself a student of the game. My past mortgage experience as a senior loan officer has made me much more versatile and well rounded in my business.

I enjoy the process of finding the right home, making sure my client is well protected and aware of everything going on, it is my goal to make the entire process smooth and enjoyable, and yes, this can actually be fun and exciting!

Chris has always done such a great job for us. Although we had full faith in his expertise due to working with him back in 2001when he sold our home within 2 weeks of posting it and got us in a new home seamlessly. We knew he would be the one we called when we decided to move in 2009. With a rough market he worked tirelessly to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for at the best possible and price! Great communication and years of knowledge!

We decided to go out looking for a home on our own. We found a home we were interested in and another agent told us the house was under contract. For some reason we didn't believe this information. We did some research on our own and found Chris via the internet. We left a message for him late one evening and he returned our call immediately with the details of the home that was in fact NOT under contract. We met with Chris at the home soon after our phone conversation. He was very attentive to our specific needs as we had already been house hunting all summer so we knew exactly what we wanted. We decided to put our trust in Chris and within 1 month we were homeowners. Simply put, Chris knows what he is doing. He handled everything and communicated with us thoroughly throughout the whole process. It was a joy to work with an agent who is just as passionate as we were in finding the home for us.
