Christopher was able to seamlessly sell my house and get me the only home I wanted to buy. His insight and expertise of local real estate got me my new home for less than its value while selling my previous home for over its value. He was attentive, friendly and explained the process clearly from beginning to end and was always available. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.

I have been working with Chris for the last couple months and can now happily say I am the proud owner of a condo I love. It goes without saying that Chris's help was instrumental in finding the right location - as a first time home buyer I went in relatively uninformed and relied on Chris to help guide me through various parts of the process. Needless to say I am very satisfied with my new home and owe that in large part to Chris's efforts.

One thing in particular I want to highlight, and the reason I ended up working with Chris to begin with, is because he doesn't sugar coat anything. One of the reasons I felt uneasy going in to the home buying process was that I was very wary of agents or sellers looking to leverage my lack of experience to secure a better deal somehow at my expense, whether that be paying the wrong price or ending up in a home that was misrepresented in some way. And I did get that feeling from a number of realtors I worked with before I met Chris. Chris, however, was straightforward and honest - he wasn't glossing over the less attractive qualities or infrastructural concerns of a property just to get to close. I passed on a number of properties largely due to concerns Chris had that he relayed to me, and I'm glad I did. I could go on but suffice it to say I couldn't be happier with my new home and I would whole-heartedly recommend Chris to any of my friends or family looking to buy a home.

As first time homebuyers, finding the right realtor was a very daunting task. Yet it only took one phone call with Chris to know we’d found the perfect realtor for us. Throughout the process Chris was patient, available, and highly knowledgeable. Chris really respected our budget, understood our vision, and always had our best interests at heart. We really enjoyed working with Chris! My fiancé and were first time homebuyers and were unsure of the whole process but Chris took the time to walk us through everything. He will not sell you fear and he’s very patient and professional! He took the time to walk us through every house and answer every one of our questions in a timely manner until we found our dream house. I highly recommend working with him, especially if you’re a first time home buyer. We will DEFINITELY be working with Chris if we buy a new home in the future!

If you're looking for a realtor who know the ins and outs of the industry, has exception experience and advocates for his clients to get get the job done you should 100% utilize Chris. He is very personable and cares about his clients and their well being. I was a first time home buyer and he helped me through the entire process from start to finish offering support unheard of by other realtors. My husband and I worked with Chris to buy our home and the house we saw was listed on Sunday with an open house and as soon as we left we told him we wanted to put an offer and within one day, the offer was accepted and the house is now ours.
