Christopher Gutierrez

Gutierrez founded his Full Service Commercial & Industrial Real Estate Brokerage and Development company in 2001. Has been responsible for the acquisition and development of key properties throughout the McLennan County region fulfilling clients' specific needs. His efforts with job-creating industrial companies (coupled with his national volunteer efforts to promote workforce housing) also acted as a catalyst for overall economic development in the region. In 2012, as part of his ongoing book of business, he cold-called Leon Capital, sold them a string of high-profile properties in Waco, and subsequently agreed to assist them with their temporary need to develop their overflow Retail Portfolio in four states for a 3 year period.
