Chris did a fabulous job in a pinch. We suddenly decided to move from Dallas, TX to Marietta, GA. We had one weekend to see everything that was on the market (that we had interest in). Chris timed the day perfectly, seeing 10 homes in one day. The next day we put in our offer, then came the fun!! This was a flip and we had several inspections done that you don't normally do. Chris was great in the negotiation process and it saved us $7000 on repairs. We would defiantly use Chris Hall again.
