If you're wondering what it's like when you have me guiding you through your real estate goals, I would describe it in 3 word: experience, effort and empathy. Of course it's important to work with someone who knows the market and understands the current environment we're in but it's also important to be able to connect and communicate with you on how that will impact you directly, which is what we love to do here! We've helped people buy their first home, buy an investment property, sell their first home and buy a bigger one that fit their lifestyle, sell their home to move out of state or even rent their property out!

I personally have been in the real estate world for over 5+ years now, starting out as a landlord myself when I wanted to invest in real estate and build a financial foundation for myself. I learned what it was like to buy a rental property and manage one myself to where I own 14 apartments today and because of that I can use that experience to help and teach others the same.
