Chris Johnson, a native to Southwest Florida, was raised steps from Sanibel Island on the Caloosahatchee River in South Fort Myers. Growing up on the river taught him all he needed to know about navigating Southwest Florida’s waterways. Chris graduated with his B.A.S. in Supervision & Management from Florida Southwestern. He pursued sales after graduating college and in 2014, he leaped into the real estate market, eyeing Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and surrounding cities. In 2014 Chris received rookie of the year from the Sanibel and Captiva Association of Realtors. Chris served as the chairman for the professional development board for the Sanibel and Captiva Association of Realtors from 2015-2017. Chris joined a select group of agents by earning the Sanibel & Captiva Island specialist designation. Chris has been recognized as a top producer due to his focus on customer service.
