I always hesitate to describe the efforts made by a professional when those efforts are so extraordinary and the results are so far beyond what I expected that I fear that time or circumstances would preclude that individual from matching those efforts on behalf of others. Fortunately for Chris’ past, current and future clients, that concern on behalf of him and his clients is unnecessary. Even the most superficial review of the amazing results that he’s achieved on behalf of his clients demonstrates that the efforts and commitment that I experienced simply mirrored the experiences of others. When the only concerns I had following his successful marketing and sale of my home was limited to whether the independent appraisal would be sufficiently high enough to support the buyer’s mortgage application, it’s fair to say that I knew that I was in good hands. Knowing Chris, the buyer was likely as impressed and appreciative of Chris’ professionalism as I.
Please note, Chris’ efforts occurred despite and sometimes because of my absence from the area after the house was listed. I trusted him thoroughly and he came through! You have choices when selecting an agent. This choice is easy. Choose Chris.

We had been looking for a good realtor for months and kept finding pushy realtors, many who didn’t truly know the areas we were looking at, and some who would take days to get into contact with. We got lucky when we found Chris. He was very responsive and knew the areas well. He showed us countless homes for sale for months. He did the research on the homes before us even looking at them, then when we asked for more information, he would get it to us by that night. He never pushed us into buying, never tried to over sell a house, and was ALWAYS very honest and transparent about all the homes and values. He dealt with our indecisiveness and even took us to look at homes multiple times. Finally we found our dream home and he has made the closing process go so smoothly. He puts every client as his top priority and works around our schedules. By far the best realtor we have found. Highly recommend!

Chris was amazing through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable about VA Loans and the entire homebuying process. This was my first experience and I'm so glad I went with him.
