I've worked as a buyer's agent and listing agent from Northern VA, up to Hagerstown, through Columbia, throughout the Eastern Shore and everywhere in between.
But, not only am I proficient in Real Estate but I also work as a Sales Manager and Loan Officer at a Mortgage Brokerage. I originate standard loans -Conventional, FHA, VA USDA, but I also have a host of portfolio products available for folks that might not fit into the typical mortgage programs. Programs for lower credit scores, non-standard income documentation and other components that might not fit the mold with other lenders. I'm also proficient in Home Equity Conversion Mortgages(or, Reverse Mortgages) and have used these programs to help many seniors unlock equity in their homes and improve their quality of life.
