Chris Lim is the President of Christie's International Real Estate. He is a real estate entrepreneur and California real estate agent with over 20 years of experience.

As a California licensed agent, he offers a comprehensive array of brokerage and marketing services for residential buyers, sellers, developers, and unversity endowments in Northern California. In 2016, he sold Climb to the nation’s largest residential brokerage conglomerate, where he then focused on franchise development.

In his spare time, he is a serial real estate investor, as well as a franchisor, hotelier, stager, and property flipper. Chris is an avid philanthropist who also serves on the Board of Trustees for Horizons Foundation and the San Francisco Art Institute.
