Buying a home is a big step no matter where you are but when you are 800 miles away and the market is hot you need a realtor like Chris! He was always a phone call or text away. Very responsive and informative. He understands the market and knows the area but more than that he really understands and cares about people. He met us as soon as we arrived from the airport, he walked us through a deal as we were literally boarding the plane to fly back home. We started searching in 1 area and ended up buying almost an hour in the other direction but no matter where we were we knew we could trust Chris to be there with us!

Chris did a outstanding job helping my wife and I find the perfect home. He is very knowledgeable with the whole Nashville area, he made home buying a breeze. Chris Long is a top notch realtor who really made my wife and I feel like we had the inside track. Home buying is a daunting experience no matter what but doing so virtually made it even more complicated. We had to rely on Chris’s guidance and expertise. He never tried to “sell” us on anything but gave us really honest and helpful feedback about each property we viewed. Because of that, we knew when he told us that the home we ended up buying was a quality one, we could trust that we found a winner.

Beyond this, we still think it’s semi-miraculous that our first offer was accepted. That’s a credit to his ability to craft a clean and attractive offer that appealed to the sellers. We are desperately trying to bring as many of our friends here to TN with us. For all that we are able to convince, we will enthusiastically recommend Chris as their realtor.

When we decided to move our first worry was who we were going to use as our realtor because we've had such bad experience in the past. I will tell you, Chris Long was honestly amazing and made us very comfortable from listing to showing and finally accepting an offer. We spoke on the phone first and he then came to our home we were wanting to sell. He was never pushy and was full of knowledge. Our home sold in 1 weekend and over our asking price!

Chris was also our realtor to purchase our next home which we decided to have one built. This was a new process to us and Chris was with us every step of the way bringing his knowledge, advise and experience throughout the building process.

My experience with Chris was great, one that I would repeat if the need arises. He was always available and willing to help in anyway. I have had some unusual experiences with realtors over the years, but found Chris to be very professional as well as being a friend. After closing he was still available and continued to give me advice on the sell of my property in another state.

Chris is extremely professional! We switched from another agent at 90 days. Within a week we could tell Chris had done more work than our original agent. In the dead of winter Chris took us on and within the month he had 3 people wanting to come see our house to make an offer. Chris is a class act who leverages all tools at his disposal from social media marketing and list purchasing to open houses. Chris takes the time to get things done right!
