Christopher's real estate career is the culmination of 30+ years of consulting and selling real estate in Orange County and surrounding areas. Christopher began his real estate career as a real estate appraiser evaluating traditional tract homes, luxury custom estates, development projects and income-producing properties for private and traditional lending institutions, as well as providing other specialized reports. He has also originated and closed loans through the years, which further benefits his clients in all transactions.
In addition to selling residential homes, he has renovated properties to expose their unrealized value because of his knack to recognize it as well as understand market trends. These valuable traits along with being a Certified Real Estate Negotiator are a true asset to his clients. When he transitioned these skills combined with his passion for marketing into selling real estate full-time, he quickly became a top-producing agent. Awards and accolades have never been a driving force for Christopher, which is evidenced by all his awards never leaving their original packaging. Instead, Christopher proudly showcases his testimonials. He views every client survey as his true measure of success. He says, “If I can improve the real estate experience for my client, I need to know about it.” Most agents would shy away from this candor and prefer to give greater value to a sales award. He enjoys early morning workouts, and various outdoor activities such as golf, basketball, paddle boarding, wakeboarding, fishing, and hiking to name a few. Having grown up in Orange County he has seen a lot of change, like the expansion of South OC where he has resided for 30 years. Christopher coached his son's sports teams growing up until he entered high school, and then transitioned into coaching special needs baseball, known as Challenger Baseball in Little League.
