As the son of a Navy Officer, Chris spent much of his youth traveling and residing in many cities and countries all around the globe. As a result, Chris developed a keen interest in the differing architecture of homes, specifically the relationship between form and function.
Prior to beginning his career in real estate, Chris spent many years working in, on and around homes. Whether it was installing roofing, siding, moldings, and flooring or working with horticulturists and landscape architects to design both hardscape and softscape for a property, Chris did it all. In 2015, Chris decided to combine his knowledge of design and construction with both his project management and strong interpersonal skills to expertly guide people through each and every aspect of renting, selling and buying property. Being able to identify quality artisanship, pitfalls, and renovation possibilities, gives Chris a unique edge in this business.
A Massachusetts resident since 2000, Chris settled in Newton in 2010 where he still resides with his wife and two children. He is highly active in the PTO for Oak Hill Middle School where he enjoys volunteering his time. When Chris finds a free moment, he enjoys fly fishing, hiking, skiing, chess and reading.
