Christopher McGuire

Christopher McGuire is a licensed Broker. He officially began his real estate career in 2001 and has since grown into a consistent top producer in the DFW Metroplex. Real Estate is in his blood. Growing up in a household who regularly discussed real estate, Christopher was infused with a genuine passion for the trade. Having been in the business through numerous economic cycles, he has a historical perspective on how to best advise clients on past and future market changes. Christopher’s background remodeling homes taught him about construction and how to correctly guide buyers & sellers on how to shape their space and add value to a home through renovation.

Christopher takes great pleasure in finding the right home for a buyer. Crafting a viable and unique strategy for each client is a challenge that energizes his creative juices. Having a true focus on family helps Christopher have an empathetic yet realistic outlook when working to find a family "the perfect house.” He participates in numerous charitable and social organizations throughout the DFW community. Over the years he has learned the importance of delivering a top product and the significance of meeting and exceeding people's expectations. The majority of Christopher’s business comes from referrals and repeat satisfied customers.

Throughout his career, Christopher has managed hundreds of sales each with their complex idiosyncrasies. His most recent sold listings have been collaboratively priced with his sellers and sold for an average of 98% of the listing price. Christopher is an alumnus of Highland Park High School and graduated with a BBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business. Born and raised in Dallas, he currently resides in Highland Park with his two children.
