Chris Mugnano is a dedicated professional with a strong background in service and leadership. Originally from West Virginia, Chris proudly served in the United States Army for 26 years, where he developed skills in communication, discipline, and problem-solving qualities that now serve him well in the real estate industry.
After retiring from the military, Chris pursued his interest in real estate and earned his Ohio Real Estate Sales License from Hondros College. He brings with him a passion for helping others, along with a calm, focused approach that puts clients at ease during what can be one of life’s most significant transitions.
Chris lives in Zanesville with his wife, Dr. Stephanie Mugnano, a middle school English Language Arts teacher at Bishop Fenwick School. Together, they are raising their daughter, Bianca, who will be entering third grade at Bishop Fenwick. Chris also has a son, Hunter, who is 26 and lives and works for the state of West Virginia.
In his free time, Chris enjoys outdoor activities like fishing, hunting, and camping, and especially loves cheering on Bianca at her gymnastics meets. Chris is proud to be part of the Lepi & Associates team and is committed to helping clients with all their real estate needs, whether they are buying, selling, or investing.
