About Christopher
Chris Nunez, a self made success, came from humble beginnings and began his sales career at a young age selling door-to-door newspaper subscriptions in his hometown neighborhood in the west part of Santa Rosa. Determined to make something of himself he labored in fields with farm workers and worked in the retail clothing industry before landing a stocking position at a local grocery store . His customers encouraged him to do more with his natural talent and he listened. Chris contacted a local realtor who agreed to hire him as her assistant -and quickly earned his real estate license. He then ventured out on his own working Real Estate part-time, while simultaneously maintaining his full-time position at the supermarket.
In 2002 he jumped in full time and began his ground breaking if not remarkable career. Chris’s expertise has earned him numerous professional awards including rookie of the year, in addition he was top sales agent in his office for 2004 and 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008 closing over 21 million dollars in sales! Earning the prestigious president’s club special achievement award in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 and again in 2006, only partially completes his impressive 13 award collection. Chris has closed over a total of 250 transactions totaling $ 81 million in sales in his 16 year career.
For over 5 years now, Chris has been successfully flipping houses while practicing real estate part time. With experience and success in every aspect of real estate Chris has dedicated himself to working primarily with buyers from all backgrounds. While dedicated to his business and clients, Chris is also a family man who is devoted to his wife Delia and their now adult children Jordan ,23 and Devyn, 19. Both boys following in their fathers steps wasting no time jumping into their respectful careers. Jordan working for the local Santa Rosa Airport TSA and Devyn at local Chalk Hill Winery.When asked what he will do with he free time he replies, he plans on giving back and donating his time to his community. Already Chris has been a fundraiser at Santa Rosa’s Elsie Allen high school helping raise money for sports team equipment.
Chris spends as much time as possible in the gym working out, staying healthy and training for events such as Tough Mudder or the Spartan Race. He and his wife enjoy their evenings dining out and try to travel somewhere tropical as often as possible.
One of his main goals has been to help the Latino community recognize the American Dream of home ownership. The Latino community has been an integrall, part of Chris’s success from the beginning and he simply wants to return the favor.
