Chris is outstanding! The best real estate agent ever! Chris helped us in an uncommon situation of purchasing a second home. He was referred to us by my sister. We had many questions that were challenging, and Chris was very patient in listening to our needs. He stepped up to the plate in answering all of our questions in detail. Chris made us feel so comfortable during the process, and it went smoothly and expeditiously. This is the first time we ever encountered a real estate agent with such absolute patience, grace and genuineness. Chris really cares and is dedicated to his clients' needs. We wouldn't recommend anyone else for your real estate needs. We are so blessed to have crossed paths with Chris, and he's thought of more as family in this business. We feel that Christopher Oliver is skillful, exceptional, superb, and just "WOW" to say the least! We are absolutely grateful for his business!

Chris is awesome! He was very helpful through my entire process. From the time I contacted him, he was very responsive, answered all my questions and very straight forward! He didn't make me feel like it was just a "sale". Before I could actually purchase, I had to get some things in order, so he was able to advise me on what direction I should take. He referred me to the appropriate people. I was able to start working on building my credit back up. If it wasn't for Chris, I would have given up. He reassured me that things would work out as long as I follow his suggestions and stick to the plan. We set a target date and worked towards it. He was patient, but the main thing was he was willing to help me reach my goal no matter how long it took.
Long story short....I ended up referring my sister to him. Our not so typical situation might have been discouraging for other agents, but not Chris! He graciously accepted and made sure he did everything in his power to stay connected with us every step of the way. He kept us informed, negotiated the best deal, showed up for every inspection, advocated for us when we needed him too, and next thing I knew, we were closing the deal!
With Christopher Oliver, you are not just getting an agent, you are getting someone who cares about you. It was like having a friend on the inside! And he knows his stuff! Thank you Chris!!

I've know Chris for years, so when it was time for me to finally purchase my first home, he was my very first call. He explained the process in great detail and what my options were especially as a first time home buyer. Chris is always professional and responsive when it comes to his clients, and making sure to help them to the best of his ability, even if it means connecting you with a specialist. By being knowledgeable about the market in multiple States, he was able to convince me to buy in Maryland so I could get more for my money in a growing area. Hire Chris if you want the best experience when it comes to home buying!!

Definitely hire Chris as your agent! He was beyond phenomenal! I had Chris list my townhouse for rent so I could buy another home. He put my house on the market and found me an excellent tenant which allowed me to buy a bigger home for my family.

The home I’m in now was actually Chris’ suggestion; he found it for me based on what I told him I was looking for. Having large bedrooms was REALLY IMPORTANT to me, and I had been having a hard time finding townhouses I liked because all the 3-bedrooms we looked at had 2nd and 3rd bedrooms that were too small.

After helping me get my offer accepted, I did not have to worry about anything. Chris arranged the home inspection and scheduled a contractor to come out to provide a repair estimate. The house was being sold as-is, yet Chris successfully negotiated for the seller to make repairs and even give me money toward my closing costs.

I have been loving my home—so much more space. I have a basement, garage, deck, yard—just what my family needed! I will definitely use Chris’ services again when I buy or sell the next time. Thanks, Chris, for all you did to make the process seamless.

Nobody would of went out of their way and done the things Mr. Oliver has done for me. I first came to him a year ago with questions on the buying process not feeling comfortable 100% because of my credit score. Chris was able to provide me with satisfactory answers to my questions and even provided me with a contact to repair my credit and checked in for the whole process. I’m 28 and went into the process for the first time alone so i was a bit nervous but when my credit was ready we were able to get a nice approval and go out and look at houses. Chris was relentless and even through his busy schedule responded everytime i reached out and made me so comfortable in the process. Even when we were outbid i felt confident. I am happy to say he helped me close on the house of my dreams and even through the pandemic negotiated the best deal possible and i will be forever grateful for that.

Working with Christopher was a wonderful experience. He was very receptive in my needs, wants, and deal breakers. He takes time to learn you as a client so when he comes across listings he knows if they are potential homes you may be interested in. There were a few moments in the process where it became very challenging for me due to the fact I had such a short window of time to find a place. He always remained calm, diligent and efficient. He is masterful in negotiating the best outcome for his clients and will always explain each step of the process. Christopher has set up a great network of people he works with. From title companies to movers and everything in between.
