A South Florida native, Christopher Perez has over 14 years of experience in marketing, managing, leasing and selling real estate in exclusive residential communities in South Florida. Currently a Real Estate Broker Associate and Manager for Continental Realtors, Christopher is proud to have a business that is 97% sustained by his client's referrals. Mr. Perez was Vice President of Marketing and Advertising, and Sales Coordinator, for ACGG Development Group, a condo converter and multifamily community operator. At ACGG he oversaw the real estate closings of 8 condominium projects throughout Florida (2,000 units). Additionally, he was responsible for the management and leasing of two Orlando communities (620 units).

Christopher Perez began his career as a manager in training at Colonial Bank, NA, before he was recruited into the real estate industry. He holds a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication from Florida International University. Mr. Perez has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate since 2004 and obtained his Real Estate Broker Associate's license in 2015. His sales track record boasts a 53 days on market average (from list to close) and a 104% closed sales price to list price ratio. He's able to achieve these high and desirable outcomes through his in-depth research, intimate knowledge of the areas he serves and extensive database of buyers and investors.
