Chris is amazinnggggg! So very patient and understanding and transparent. As a first time homebuyer, I researched and studied as much as I could to prepare myself for the process but I still had so much to learn. He taught me how to assess the condition of the houses that we toured (like the roof, design, crawl spaces, etc) and never pressured me to make an offer. I was so indecisive throughout the entire process but he always made me feel like a priority.

I would thank him a thousand times if I could. Definitely recommend him to ANYONE looking to buy in the DMV area.

Chris provides exceptional customer service to me during my home buying experience. He made himself available to answer ALL of my questions (and it was many). He assured me that my house was out there and we would find it and sure enough, he was right! Him and his team of lenders and closing officers made my home buying experience a smooth and effortless process so much so I would definitely do it all over again with him!

Chris is AMAZING! From start to finish. I reached out to Chris with a low credit score, discouraged from previous agents and just feeling hopeless during my search to find my dream home. Chris has the best team with him to ensure your home buying experiences is nothing shorter than exceptional! He put me in contact with his credit specialist and within a month my score increased a great deal! He then put me in contact with his lender who is also a gem who worked with me to better my numbers and chances to find a better home. Chris is patient, professional, and punctual. Whatever you need, whenever you need it, Chris is always there with the smarts and wit to take on any battle you may have so you won’t do it alone. We were building new construction, so every time we had questions about what to expect during the process, we called up Chris and got answers promptly. Chris amazing at his job! My wife and I were thoroughly impressed with his professionalism, promptness, and ability to stick to his word. Not only was he able to address any problems or concerns that my wife had at any time but he was also able help us purchase our first home, refer us to an amazing lending and title company, and negotiate with the sellers to pay a good percentage of the closing costs.

Some realtors are in the industry soley for the money; however, Chris truly loves what he does and that is something that shows every time you interact with him. Throughout this process not only has Chris been an amazing realtor but he and his team have become amazing friends.

If you are looking for someone who loves what they are doing to represent you in your process of selling or buying a home with integrity, honesty, and professionalism, Chris is your guy.

Buying a house can be extremely draining and taxing. Chris is like a steady river who calms the storms of stress and anxiety.

Picture getting together for a family gathering like Thanksgiving. The thought of being with the family for an entire day can be daunting. Chris is like that pumpkin pie and vanilla ice cream for dessert that makes the day sweeter.
