Christopher Powell

Chris Powell joined Pipeline Realty in 2017 and serves as Asset and Leasing Manager, working on project leasing and acquisition as well as assisting with development services. As a native Houstonian, Chris leverages his prior work in commercial real estate brokerage, combined with his relationships, market knowledge, and analytical skills, to provide value to the company. Chris plays an integral role in identifying new development opportunities, while assisting with design and construction.
Chris graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler in 2013 with degrees in Finance & Economics, where he also captained the men’s soccer team to two conference championships and two national tournament appearances. Chris is an active committee member at Spring Branch Presbyterian Church, and also enjoys hunting, fishing, golf, and coaching youth soccer.
