He works on a team with his wife and business partner, Angela Logomasini. A Top Producer with the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors, Chris has been selling real estate since 2013 and has lived in the D.C. metro area for more than 30 years.
His success is driven by a client-focused approach. Chris takes the time to listen to his clients, learn about their goals, and helps them develop a strategic home buying or selling plan. He works to make the process as smooth and drama-free as possible, helping clients take educated and deliberative steps to get the best possible deal. Key elements of his winning strategy include determining the right market price for a home, smart marketing, structuring the best and strongest offers possible, timing of offers and potential escalation clauses, seamless communication, and the ability to move quickly.
Chris also works with a team of experts—lenders, inspectors, title companies, handymen and women, and more—whose work he knows and can recommend without reservation. He does not accept fees for referring any of these individuals and won’t refer anyone that he would not use himself.
Chris currently lives in Alexandria, VA. He spent more than 25 years as a writer and editor, covering everything from the military and education policy to sports. He is also a real estate investor and property manager.
In addition to his passion for real estate, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife Angela and their three rescue dogs, running, playing baseball, cooking, listening to music, and reading.
