Cass Pyatt was excellent to work with as we searched for a house. It was a crazy market with houses being only listed for a day or two before pending. On top of that we were at the beginning of the pandemic with protocols being put into place which made it even more challenging. Cass navigated both of these issues like a pro and ended up finding us the perfect house that had most of the features that we were wanting. He even offered to help us with a mortgage through FC Tucker mortgage. We found out recently that we need to relocate. We will definitely have Cass list our house and are 100% confident he will handle everything perfectly like before. There are lots of choices for realtors out there these days, but in our 30 years of buying and selling houses, Cass has been the best!
