I’m Christopher Raimbault, Owner and Designated Managing Broker of Raimbault Realty LLC, an independent, locally focused real estate brokerage based in downtown La Grange.
I’ve been a full-time licensed real estate broker since 2001, helping buyers and sellers throughout Chicagoland with experienced guidance, straightforward advice and personal service.
After more than two decades in real estate, I still believe real estate should be personal. When you work with Raimbault Realty, you work directly with me—not a large team or a revolving group of agents. My name is on the company, and my reputation is attached to every client I represent.
Today, my primary focus is La Grange, Western Springs, Hinsdale, Clarendon Hills, La Grange Park, Brookfield, Riverside, Downers Grove and the surrounding western suburbs.
I help homeowners prepare, position, market and sell their homes; buyers navigate competitive markets with confidence; and families make informed real estate decisions without unnecessary pressure.
I also hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation, with additional training to assist older adults and their families with downsizing, relocating, selling a longtime family home and other real estate decisions associated with major life transitions.
