Chris Rhodes provided assistance far in excess of that offered by most real estate agents. He accepted a contract on a fully furnished town house and then undertook the chore of emptying it. Then, acting as a general contractor, he commenced a six-month renovation from roof to rec room, and just about everything else in between. Some jobs he did himself in order to hold down costs.

This home improvement was accomplished by us at a 1000 mile distance, operating and coordinating via telephone and internet. So successful were his efforts that within two days of being listed, we received an offer that was $17,000 over asking price.
