About Christopher

Chris was raised all his life in Florida and went to college at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville where he earned his undergraduate degree in Finance. Upon completion, Chris was hired into Barnett Bank's Management Program. Building on those valuable learning experiences Chris joined the ranks at Merrill Lynch as an Investment Associate and jointly managed with his partner over $400M for their High and Ultra High Net Worth clients. Following his heart Chris moved to Ghent, Belgium to accept a position at Baxter Healthcare managing all their Indirect budgets and suppliers for his internal stakeholders both in Belgium and The Netherlands manufacturing and distributing facilities. Upon arrival back in the United States, Chris began to pursue his entry into a real estate career. That started by helping to successfully market and sell out a brand new coastal gated community. In keeping with his fierce loyalty, he followed his broker and assisted in the startup process of building a general real estate office on Amelia Island in Florida. Being this firm's only agent, Chris happily took on the challenge of providing the highest level of service to all their buyers and sellers. Having met Kelly Stafford, a local Amelia Island Realtor, Chris, and Kelly set out to take their customer experience delivery to the highest level achievable under the brand that unquestionably holds the highest pedigree the real estate market can offer.
