Chris was an amazing resource during my homebuying experience. He stuck with me for months when I had trouble finding the right place. He submitted offers and responded to me quickly. More importantly, he offered great advice.

This was my first property purchase, and he walked me through the whole process from start to finish. I never felt stupid asking him a question and he offered so much info I didn’t know to ask about! He is familiar with the area, and he has a degree in architecture, so he was able to point out problems with properties that I never would have seen.

He always honest about whether a house would be a good fit and I never felt pressured. I will be reccomending him to all my friends and family. 😁

Christopher Silliman worked with us for months to help us find our perfect first house. His attention to detail and straight forward attitude helped us weed out the options that would not work for us... after we found the house of our dreams, he worked tirelessly and checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was going as it should... We had a lot of questions, and Chris made himself available often to answer them... Buying a house during a pandemic was not simple by any means, but Chris made sure he simplified whatever he could. Chris is the realtor experience everyone should have. Since I would go see multiple properties in one day Chris would pick me up to make things easier which was a big help. He has an eye for houses and would point out when a house was in poor condition. He has a lot of patience and is just an overall cool guy, easy to talk to. One of the best things is that he really paid attention to what my wife and I were looking for in a house. We ended up with our dream home. Thanks Chris!
