I cannot put into words how thankful my wife and I were to have worked with Chris on helping us find (and close on!) our very first home here in San Diego.
From the very beginning, he was just on top of everything. We had an initial sit down to talk about neighborhoods, our budget, etc. and he worked to put together a plan that felt perfect to us, so personalized and yet so professional. He sourced homes for us to check out and it wasn't uncommon to me to receive emails from him in the middle of the night with updates or just checking in. He was also very much in tune with what our priorities were when looking for our home.
He came to the table with vendor relationships and recommendations which proved to be invaluable. People who would go out of their way to pull me aside and tell me how much they love working with Chris. How often can you say that about your real estate agent?
On top of everything else, Chris guided us through the entire process with a smile. Besides his sharp professionalism and attention to detail “meticulous”, he brought personality, humor and levity to every meeting, something that two nervous first-time buyers appreciated so much. I guess it goes without saying, but Chris will be our agent of choice for all of our future real estate endeavors.
