I had meet Christopher Swade through the management company that was handling the rental of my brother’s condo while he was overseas. My brother unexpectedly passed away in January of 2021, and I was left with handling his estate. My brother’s condo is located in Maryland and I lived in Delaware. At that time, it was very difficult for me to travel back in forth to handle the selling of his condo. As I mentioned, I meet Chris through the management company that was handling the rental of my brother’s condo. When I mentioned to Chris that I would be selling my brother’s condo, he advised that he was a realtor and could assist me with that. I did a little back ground check on Chris and decided to see if he could help me with the sale of the condo. Needless to say, that was the best decision I made. Chris took care of preparing my brother’s condo for sale, listing the condo, and I’m happy to say he brought me 4 offers within 2 days of listing the property. He vetted each offer, and gave me a detailed synopsis which helped me make the best decision for me. We went to settlement 13 days after the offer was accepted. Chris even assisted with every part of the settlement process and answered all my questions no matter what time of day. It is because of his experience with the housing market that the sale of my brother’s condo went so quickly and smoothly. Therefore, it is without hesitation that I would recommend Christopher Swade to sell your property.

We employed Christopher Swade to sell our house to the then current renter. Since we live overseas, this could have been a complicated endeavor, involving visits back to the US, fixing up the house long distance, or at least signatures at the Embassy. However, Chris facilitated an "as is" sale at the price we wanted, and took care of all the details, so that tings went seamlessly. This included setting us up with an online notary service, so we wouldn't have to make an appointment and go and pay $50/signature at the Embassy here in Accra, Ghana. Therefore, we were very happy with Chris' service and would recommend him wholeheartedly and unqualifiedly.

It was a great pleasure working with Chris and his team. I had a little unique situation where I was in Massachusetts and I had to sell our house in Maryland. Chris took charge of everything and sold my house in a short time. He is so responsible that he called me and informed me that the weather is going to be extremely cold and he will adjust the house temperatures. He took care of everything and was extremely responsive. I have worked with few real estate agents but Chris extremely good at what he does and I highly recommend him to everyone.
