Chris earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He helps both buyers and sellers make informed choices to maximize on their investment.

For Buyers - Chris helps buyers imagine remodeling opportunities as smart investment choices.

For Sellers - Chris helps sellers make thoughtful decisions in preparing their property to obtain the highest price possible.

An Orange County native and Laguna Beach resident, Chris worked on numerous real estate development projects including the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco to several residential design commissions in New York City.

Chris is all about community, actively involved with Laguna Art Museum, Laguna Beach Chamber of Commerce and Laguna Beach Unified School District. He proudly contributes a percentage of every commission to SchoolPower, the Laguna Beach Education Foundation.
