Chris sold my rental property for maximum value in a very short amount of time. His strategy really works. We had a ton of foot traffic and received multiple offers. When the buyers lender couldn't close the deal towards the end, Chris did not let them back out. He brought in his lender and got the buyer approved and closed the deal himself! We're very happy with the outcome and will definitely use Chris again soon and send him referrals!
