Chris helped us negotiate the seller to pay our closing cost in full.
He also got the lender to give us a grant towards our down payment.
And we also had all of our contingencies working in our favor.
We ended up getting money back at closing. We are very happy and will send friends and family to Chris when they’re ready to purchase a home.

Chris helped us purchase a home that had a VA assumable loan. It’s not a common loan, but every time that we had a question about the process Chris did not hesitate to investigate or connect us to correct parties for the answers. He was also very good at helping with the negation process with the sellers. As a woman, I felt very comfortable in interacting with Chris as he always exuded a professional yet friendly demeanor. A big plus too is that he has quite the knowledge with construction/renovations, which can be very handy during the inspection and negotiations process. I highly recommend him as a realtor!

Chris sold my rental property for maximum value in a very short amount of time. His strategy really works. We had a ton of foot traffic and received multiple offers. When the buyers lender couldn't close the deal towards the end, Chris did not let them back out. He brought in his lender and got the buyer approved and closed the deal himself! We're very happy with the outcome and will definitely use Chris again soon and send him referrals!
