We looked at a few houses on the higher side of our budget that Chris could have pushed us to buy, if he was just looking to get the sale over with. Where do I even start. Chris is an incredible human being. I am paralyzed in a wheelchair and we spent two years looking for houses that I could easily add a ramp onto and get into. Our offers were turned down multiple times. I was so depressed because we lived in a tiny apartment, 6th floor and the elevators were constantly broken. I needed to desperately get out of there and the rejection I was getting from sellers was breaking my heart. Chris kept me going. The entire time he reassured me, "We are going to find your house, you are getting out of that place." He said it and he meant it. But not before a student loan popped up in the home stretch and crushed me. Chris again told me he was going to make this happen and he certainly did! He even got me a ramp from a different home he had sold and they no longer wanted it. I'm crying writing this. If it wasn't for Chris I would have given up and stayed in an apartment I couldn't always get into. There were nights the elevators were down and I had to sleep in our van. I don't even know if Chris understood how much he did for us. From the positive comment and motivational pep talks to taking us to see dozens of homes where no one wanted my fha loan or we got out bid everytime. He was certain we would find our home and I couldn't be happier. He has clients for life with us. Kind, caring, and professional. If you are looking for someone, Chris is definitely your guy. He has plenty of experience as well and knows alot of people in the business which was very helpful. Our home checked off every single box on my list. So much room for my wheelchair, close to my husband's job, 5 mins from the bridge, huge backyard , and giant basement for under 190k which was extremely hard to find ! If I could give him 6 stars I would :)

Whether it was via email or phone, he kept in constant contact with me and helped me with any questions I had regarding the type of house I wanted and things to look for when buying a home. Chris is definitely a stand up guy, and would definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to buy or sell.

Chris was a wonderful realtor who really helped us throughout the entire process. We were first time home buyers who had been burnt by a previous realtor. Chris helped us immensely during the negotiation phase when it came to the repairs. He was always willing to talk on the phone or text when it was something incredibly urgent. He listened to all of our concerns and helped us identify what we truly wanted in a house. He is very knowledgeable about the areas of South Jersey and identifying potential minor annoyances you might deal with in each neighborhood we visited. Chris was handed a unique opportunity and when I say unique, I don’t mean easy. I asked him to sell my father’s home. This home was built by my father and decorated to his taste. The décor was Ultra-Modern in every aspect of the house. You either loved it or hated it. Most people that walked through were on the, “No Thank You” side of that. Although it was built and decorated to perfection and was actually shown in House and Home Magazine years ago, it was very outdated. The house was a 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath with a full 1-bedroom apartment built off the sunroom. The property was on 8 acres with 2 ponds, a 2-car attached garage, a 6-car detached garage and a 40’ x 60’ Pole-barn put back. You may think that this was an easy sale, but it was not. Chris used every trick in his Realtor bag of tricks and almost a year later got the home sold. I can say that there were times that I did not make it easy on him, but he never got flustered. I went into this listing with a number in my head and Chris was able to explain to me why that number was not realistic. He came up with some of the most interesting ideas on how to sell a home that amazed me at times. If you plan on selling your home or a family members home I would give you 2 pieces of advice. First, call Chris and at least let him sit down with you and discuss your property and 2nd, unless you are Realtor yourself let him do his job and as hard as it may be, take the personal attachment out of the equation. It will make the whole process easier on everyone involved.

He explains every thing in great detail making sure you fully understand the entire process. He cares a great deal for his clients and wants to make sure he finds the right home for you and not about making a sale. There were several homes we kept trying to talk ourselves into and Chris told us they were not the homes for us and to keep looking because we will know when we find the right one. We are so greatul we took his advise because he found the perfect house for us! In addition, if you are trying to sell your house, Chris is fantastic!
