Chris made our first home buying process enjoyable. He went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations because he took the initiative to undertake majority of our stress. He was proactive and took his time to ensure we understood every step of the process. He was knowledgeable, transparent, and reliable. He always had our best interest in mind and always made himself available to answer any questions or concerns. Ultimately, Chris made sure we found the home we fell in love with that checked out all our boxes. I would highly recommend Chris because he is trustworthy and treats you like family.

Chris helped us buy our first home and he truly exceeded our expectations. He really went above and beyond to make the home buying process as easy and stress free as possible. He's organized, attentive and knowledgeable. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and needs.
We were able to get our first offer accepted thanks to Chris. He knew how to make our offer stand out even when there were higher bids. He made sure we got everything we needed to close on the house. Very detail oriented, negotiates VERY well, excellent customer service, and very responsive when I call/text. I definitely recommend using Chris for both selling AND buying. I have used him for both! He has good insight on homes, and helps you look for features, and of course the flaws when looking for a house. He also has good recommendations when it comes to secondary inspections, and for house cleaners. I definitely will use him again when the time arises.

Christopher was wonderful in handling both the sale of our home of 30+ years and the purchase of our "forever home". He took time to find out what we wanted, where we wanted to live, community, weather, etc. In the sale of our previous home, he helped deal with the inspection items that needed to be dealt with and recommended excellent companies to handle the repairs. He was caring, knowledgable and paid great attention to ALL the details involved in a sale/buy situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sale!

We had been planning to sell our house in San Diego for about a year and when the time came to take action we contacted three agents for interviews. All three presented nearly identical programs generally outlined as aggressive Marketing, Presentation, and Negotiating to achieve an open-house to accepted sale in seven days or less.

Of the three prospects, Chris Weil was hands down the best prepared and knowledgeable agent. All three had very good presentations but Chris displayed more than a cursory knowledge of the real estate market in our area. The open house went flawlessly, 12 offers were presented with a top offer of $484K. They accepted our counter and the appraisal came in at $477,500.00 - $2,500 over our most optimistic assessment of $475K. Pinnacle Escrow was a pleasure to work with, closing escrow in 30 days as advertised.

Chris has energy, excitement, and a genuine interest in his clients. Chris and his teams efforts made this entire experience a most enjoyable one. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Chris helped us quickly and efficiently to find the right home in the right place and to sell our previous house to our satisfaction. He negotiated the price on our new home to 18.3% under asking. Upon Chris' listing our house we were flooded with offers. We sold for 17.6% over asking and could have done better except we wanted a good fit. We looked on our own for our retirement home, before listing our family home, and never could find what we wanted, where we wanted, and for the price we wanted. When we signed with Chris he took us to view five homes and we found one that was perfect to my wife's liking, and it had a garage to my liking! It definitely fit all of the criteria we wanted.The house he found us Is in one of the most highly rated gated communities 55+ with three million dollars worth of very nice shared amenities (Sometimes I feel like I'm living over my pay grade). Chris also handled the new family that bought our big family home of 33 years. We were so pleased to give them the opportunity to raise their family in a large house with a huge patio and yard. At this point I need to make a disclosure and clarify that Christopher is my son. However my wife says I'm a very critical retired engineer and father. I put heavy demands on Chris and insisted that this is business. As the business goes, Chris was professional and he listened and under stood our needs and demands. As a father, I'm proud of the fine and thorough work he does.

We can’t say enough great things about Chris. It is had to relay to people what a FANTASTIC person he is. Not only is he very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, He understands the stress a family goes though when making a big change like we were making. Chris is also very accessible to his clients and is there to help in any way he can. I think the best thing about Chris is that my husband and I have made a friend for life. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our dream of moving to the east coast a reality.
