I recently bought a Home and Chris was my Agent. He was PHENOMENAL. Extremely professional and he handled absolutely everything from the paperwork, to scheduling the inspections and even cleaned the house after closing. He’s an amazing negotiator and extremely personable and if I ever buy another house in Virginia, I will ONLY use him. If you happen to get him as your agent, you’re in great hands.

I am so thankful we got sent to Chris and Melissa as our realtors! They made our experience amazing with the constant updates the REAL walkthrough where they don’t hide anything, before I get there Chris would have already walked through the entire home and let me know of any defects or things I should be aware of. Out of all the realtors out this one is by far the best all around, without bros we probably wouldn’t be in the amazing house we have now with all his hard work and effort through multiple obstacles we had to close he help us push through them all and ended up getting me and my wife in with 0 worry’s, other than there determination the attention to there clients is also leagues above others they go out of there way to give us reassurance at anytime of day. That and there professional knowledge in the field plus explaining anything that we didn’t understand and even go out of there way to personally make sure the house is good, By far the best realtors out there would recommend to anyone looking for a home you won’t find better anywhere.

Typically the process of selling or buying a house is an arduous and daunting task, but Chris Wright and the team over at Real Estate Ryan alleviated all of our stresses and concerns entirely. We were expected to break even or even possibly lose some money once all was said and done after the house selling process. But Chris went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible so that we ended up making a very sizable amount in the end. He guided us through what was good or bad deals, when we could get more for the house, assisted with hits on the property physically and financially and helped with all of the last minute things around the house that people typically forget about when closing on a deal. Chris might not have 15+ years of experience in this field, but don’t let that fool you. He knows every trick in the book and some tricks that more experienced realtors/real estate agents wouldn’t even know. In my eyes, he’s the Bobby Fischer of the real estate industry. He just sees moves that others would never notice until it was too late. I cannot stress enough that if you’re in need of a realtor GET CHRIS WRIGHT. If you don’t you’re selling yourself short. He genuinely cares about his clients and it definitely shows. Nobody works harder than Chris in this industry, nobody.
