We were given the star treatment from beginning to end. I'm active duty military, constantly on the move, and what many don't tell you is how stressful selling a home can be. Real Estate Ryan took what seemed like an impossible situation and hit it out the park with their unparalleled salesmanship. Not only that, they took care of us by putting OUR best interests first, and daily follow ups so we were never in the dark (which is something I think is far more important than the actual services provided). They will fight tooth and nail so you, the client, comes out on top! Want to feel like you're being taken care of by an old friend? Enlist their services, you will not regret it.

Chris and Melissa were seriously the best realtors we could have asked for. My wife and I are military and had been stationed here recently after moving back from Japan! When we found out Melissa and Chris were prior military-we felt they could truly understand our complex situation-and they did. I could text them at any time with questions and they always got back to me so quickly. They were completely upfront and honest about everything, and I always felt like they truly had our best interests at heart.

They even went out of their way to check out houses and neighborhoods ahead of time, letting us know if it seemed like a safe area or if there were things we should think about. That meant so much to us because it showed they weren’t just trying to make a sale — they really cared about us finding the right home.

I can’t recommend them enough, especially to my fellow service members.If you want realtors who actually listen, communicate, and look out for you every step of the way, Chris and Melissa are the ones.
They also were so kind when we signed our papers, leaving us welcome home gifts for us and even our pup!!!!

Would absolutely recommend 10/10!
This was my very first home purchase, and during my first home tour, I expressed concern about a floor being slanted. Without hesitation, Chris went outside, in what I’d call his “good clothes” and crawled under the house to take a closer look. He found a pool of water and was able to give me immediate insight into what I might expect with the foundation cost wise if I chose to move forward with that particular home. That immediately told me I’d picked the best realtor possible, because who would think their realtor would do that?

Chris and Melissa truly go above and beyond to make sure they show you homes that are the right fit for you. There is no exaggeration when I say their dedication is unmatched. I truly appreciate their patience and guidance throughout the entire process.

I recently bought a Home and Chris was my Agent. He was PHENOMENAL. Extremely professional and he handled absolutely everything from the paperwork, to scheduling the inspections and even cleaned the house after closing. Out of all the realtors out this one is by far the best all around, without bros we probably wouldn’t be in the amazing house we have now with all his hard work and effort through multiple obstacles we had to close he help us push through them all and ended up getting me and my wife in with 0 worry’s, other than there determination the attention to there clients is also leagues above others they go out of there way to give us reassurance at anytime of day. Typically the process of selling or buying a house is an arduous and daunting task, but Chris Wright and the team over at Real Estate Ryan alleviated all of our stresses and concerns entirely. We were expected to break even or even possibly lose some money once all was said and done after the house selling process. But Chris went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible so that we ended up making a very sizable amount in the end. He guided us through what was good or bad deals, when we could get more for the house, assisted with hits on the property physically and financially and helped with all of the last minute things around the house that people typically forget about when closing on a deal. Chris might not have 15+ years of experience in this field, but don’t let that fool you. He knows every trick in the book and some tricks that more experienced realtors/real estate agents wouldn’t even know. In my eyes, he’s the Bobby Fischer of the real estate industry. He just sees moves that others would never notice until it was too late. I cannot stress enough that if you’re in need of a realtor GET CHRIS WRIGHT. If you don’t you’re selling yourself short. He genuinely cares about his clients and it definitely shows. Nobody works harder than Chris in this industry, nobody.
