?In 1989 Christy started working for a custom home builder Exclusive Homes who developed many of South West Orlando’s neighborhoods. The custom home building experience jump-started Christy into working with buyers and sellers in what she calls her “Smooth Move Program”. This helps sellers become new home buyers with as little stress as possible.

?Southern Heritage Realty, Inc. was created in 1997. The office is located at 34 E. Plant Street in Historic Winter Garden. Christy worked very closely with Mark Clayton Custom Homes in the Tuscany neighborhood in Winter Garden, joining Mark Clayton and several custom and reproduction builders to open Magnolia Pointe, a gated Lakefront community in Clermont.

?Through all of these efforts, Christy became one of the Top 100 Realtors in the Master Custom Builder Association.
