Christy worked with us for a couple months to find a home for sale. We weren't sure that we could secure financing, but that didn't discourage her. Most of the time we needed to visit houses for sale on the weekend due to work and that was never a problem for her. She has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable of her field. Once we found a house, she took care of everything, including inspections, working with the listing agent, all the details that made everything run very smoothly. We closed on time and love our new home.

Christy Grear is wonderful! I highly recommend both Christy and Donna at Allen Tate Mortgage. They were professional, punctual, and communicative throughout the entire process. Christy knows the market, knows the area, and she knows her business. I don't often recommend people or businesses because I am by extension putting my own reputation on the line if people are disappointed with my recommendation. I would do business with Christy again in a heartbeat and I would not hesitate to refer family or friends to her.

Christy Grear "gets" customer service. As an Entrepreneur/ Owner operator of a small business, you have to go above and beyond for EVERY customers. Ms. Grear served as our real estate agent in an out of state transaction. With our home purchase criteria established, she took us to a number of homes in the Greenville area. She served as our proxy, scheduling inspections and facilitated informed negotiations throughout the purchase process. With a remote closing, Christy served as our eyes and ears during walk through and picked up on a problem that had to be remedied prior to closing. Given that we were out of state home buyers, Christy arranged for a number of different showings for homes that fit our search criteria. She was very patient with us, as the home descriptions began to blur as the number of home tours increased. She kept good notes and reminded us of our comments as needed in the review process. After two separate visits to Greenville, we selected a home and used her market analysis to make a competitive offer. We were suddenly relocated to the Greenville area due to work and knew nothing about the area or where to start the search for a home. We were moving out from Colorado and were worried about many things, including finding a home with good schools ect. We were also on a very tight deadline. We came into town with just two days to find a house. We were overwhelmed to say the least. We showed up at the Allen Tate office and were introduced to Christy and she immediately put us at ease. She provided us with an itinerary of homes to view that fit all the needs we requested. She was beyond knowledgable about each house and the area, as well as very organized. Christy acted as our agent while we searched for a home in Greenville, SC. My husband and I wanted to have a look at Greenville for semi-retirement /retirement. I flew out for a week in May 2014 after having looked online and sent Christy our "possibilities." When I arrived in Greenville, Christy had my viewings planned and even had a booklet made with the listings of possible properties . We sold our Houston home in August 2014 and decided to have a look at Greenville again, since we were drawn to one property in particular. Christy successfully guided us through the process of negotiation and purchase of the home. One thing that stood out was her quick response to my communications, unlike other realtors I have dealt with in the past.
