Christy was such a pleasure to work with and the process went very smoothly. Their team was communicative which made it very easy for us to schedule our work at the home. Christy and her team helped us through every step of selling our home of nearly 16 years. She’s got a great eye for detail and provides an objective assessment of simple things to do to make the house present beautifully. In the event any work is needed, she has a diverse network of contractors for referrals. Our move was more complex as it was an interstate move through a relocation company requiring more paperwork and follow up and Christy competently managed the entire process. Christy and her team are miracle workers. We initially had our house up for sale with a different agent for six months and lost all the summer sell time. When the contract ended we searched for a new agent and really liked Christy the best of the 3 we interviewed based on her knowledge and feedback. We were way overpriced by our previous agent who never wanted us to lower the price or made any suggestions. Unlike our first agent, Christy made reasonable and immediate suggestions to prep the house for market. She was empathetic and realistic in setting expections as well as a game plan for moving forward. She also had a reliable network of individuals to complete work on the house. Christy and her team were so communicative, available and responsive throughout the whole process - which was very important to us as we were selling from out of state. Within 3 weeks of signing we had an offer in the middle of Fall. She really went to bat for us and negotiated with multiple buyers along the way. I believe her strong work ethic, reliability and connections within the real estate community are what finally got us our sale. I would definitley recommend!

Christy and her team were instrumental in getting my Mother's house on the market and sold; especially since we had moved my Mother up to PA and her house was in Ohio. Christy and team acted and displayed true professionalism at every step of the process, were always there to help, and were always quick to respond. They also took the time to help answer and navigate all the additional complexities that a remote house sale brought to the table in addition to basically acting as general contractors in order to get the house on the market. Christy and her team did such a great job that my brother and I are using them to get my Father's house sold as well. Can't recommend this team enough.
