I am so fortunate to have Christy as my realtor! She helped me survive my first home buying experience and went above and beyond to ensure the closing was extended when the lender I selected fell behind schedule. I am now in my dream 1950's doll house and have made a new friend in the process, too. Excellent communication and first class customer service is what you can expect when you get an A+ realtor like Christy.

Working with Christy Libertore and Listings.com to find my home was a great experience! Christy is hard working, knowledgeable, and really gave me the time and patience to find the perfect home for my boyfriend and I. It wasn't the easiest road to get to where we are now, but she didn't give up and always stayed positive!
Christy gave honest feedback and explained the different steps and issues we ran into along the way. She is responsive, flexible, and was available anytime we wanted to look at properties (there were a ton!) and showed up for all of the home inspections (there were 3 if you can believe that!).
I would highly recommend Christy if you’re looking for a hard working, honest, and great realtor!

Using Christy Libertore was the best decision we ever made. My fiancé and I were embarking upon our first home buying experience and we couldn’t have had a better one. Christy was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable about the market. She helped us into last minute viewing and helped us through house-induced panic attacks all while staying calm and professional. She attended every meeting, viewing, inspection promptly. Christy Libertore was the broker associate who handled the sale of my condo. I was conflicted about deciding to sell my condo, but from the moment I started working with Christy, I knew I made the right decision. From helping me determine my asking price, to finalizing the staging of my condo for photos, to scheduling my open house, Christy was there every step of the way. She responded to all of my inquiries in a timely manner, and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. She kept me updated every step of the way during the sale of my condo and I was shocked at how smoothly and quickly the process was. I had three offers on my condo after the first open house. Based on Christy's advice, I didn't accept the highest offer, I accepted the offer from the buyer who was most likely to complete the deal. In the end, my closing was less than four weeks after I accepted the offer. I was so pleased it happened so fast. I can't say enough wonderful things about Christy and her professionalism and support. I highly recommend Christy as a real estate broker and look forward to working with her when it's time to buy or sell a home again.
