Definitely one of the best agents I’ve ever came across. From the time we met till after closing she was honest but more importantly showed that we were her priority in the process. We went through houses were she pointed things out that I would’ve over looked showing that it’s not just a showing to her. Very family orientated explaining the various areas we were looking at. Never once in the process was she not available to meet our needs as out of state buyers and after been under contract 3 times the 4th was the charm and she didn’t bat an eye. She provided her expertise and made what we needed and wanted happen. As a first time home buyer I was extremely anxious about the process and did not want to get stuck in a situation I would regret. After asking a friend for a recommendation, he told us if we wanted someone who will be straight-up and knows what they're talking about, to go with Christy. Boy am I thankful. I have never in my life met someone more suited for their job. Take everything you want for a realtor, double it, and Christy will give it to you. Open and honest communication? Check. Experience? Check. Personable and Reliable? Check and check. We had a few bumps along the way due to the market but even when we waivered, Christy never did. She went above and beyond and found us the perfect home. The only downside to having Christy as a realtor is knowing that since you bought a home, you'll see her less than before.

Christy has been an amazing realtor and now friend. I was shopping in a couple of different states so I had a few other realtors I was working prior to Christy. No one compared to her work and willingness to adjust her schedule to make it to a showing among the many, many things she helped me with along the way. I was out of state so anytime a house came up in my search parameters, she was on it and sending me video walk-throughs. My home purchase ended up here in Arkansas with Christy because of the sincerity and genuine help and guidance in my search. However, that also told Christy the type of home we were looking for. She sent us information on homes as soon as they came on the market, and sent video of the ones we were most interested in. With Christy's help, we made an offer on the perfect home days before getting to Little Rock -- and our offer was accepted.
