We were looking for a new house in the Fort Mill or Tega Cay area, and she was spot on with her recommendations for homes we wanted! She gave us the best advice on certain homes which played a big role in eventually getting into the home we truly wanted! She also worked quickly with the sellers agent and got our offer accepted under stressful conditions and helped us every step of the way after our offer was accepted!!! If there was a grading scale to 10 she gets a 15 for all the extra effort she made to help us get into an amazing home!

We expanded our business in NC and needed a place to stay as soon as possible. Christy is super helpful! Based on our needs and wants she set up a tailored listing alert to our inbox and located us a house that fits our needs very quickly. She gave great suggestions on how to write an offer and explained the terms and conditions very clearly. We got under contract with the FIRST OFFER she submitted for us!
After the attorney did the title search, they found out there is a state easement on the property. She proactively called the Department of Transportation and verified information and extended our due diligence period for us and solved the problem.
We are very happy with her problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to be on top of everything. We would definitely use her again for our next home!

She is very knowledgeable of the local market. After the first zoom meeting, she quickly got what we expected for our future property and gave us some great advice. The next day, she has already provided a very detailed analysis including recommended locations, potential house value, and expected revenue for the investment.

Christy is very knowledgeable, detail oriented and responsive. She is very patient to listen to our needs and help us perform very detailed analysis on every offer we put in for the house.
